- An author, subject and topographic card catalog with information on the collection from the Library’s founding until 2010, when the Library switched exclusively to the online catalog (COBISS)

- photocopies of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University Bulletin on elections and re-elections to academic ranks can be obtained at the Library; the list of bulletins held by the Library is available on the page UKIM Bulletin. Since 2010, the Bulletin has been available in electronic form on the website of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje
Interlibrary Loan
- Journal articles can be ordered from the Central Medical Library, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Articles are delivered electronically in PDF format within a few days. Depending on the source, an article may cost from 4 to over 20 euros.
WHO Documentation Center
- Since 1998, the Library has been designated as a documentation center of the World Health Organization
- Many WHO publications are available online; for those that are not, we can try to obtain them
- In 2003, the WHO provided the Library with access to HINARI (see: password-protected electronic journals)
