- Periodicals Department (domestic and foreign journals), database searching, Internet access, and a small reading room for physicians and students
- Monographs Department (including books, textbooks, doctoral dissertations, master’s theses, habilitation theses, conference proceedings, WHO materials and other “gray literature”)
- Student Library (books students need for the courses in the Faculty of Medicine curriculum). Since November 2025, the Student Library’s collection has been transferred to the Central Library. There is currently no separate Student Library location.
